What’s the difference between you and a wedding planner?
I manage the travel side—resort matching, room blocks, guest bookings, airport transfers, and travel logistics. The resort’s on-site wedding team handles event design, décor, timelines, and day-of execution. We collaborate with each other so everything fits together smoothly.

Do you book flights for wedding guests?
Guests typically book flights directly with their preferred airline for the most flexibility and control. I coordinate their shared round-trip airport transfers based on their flight details.

Yes. I coordinate round-trip airport transfers for the group and provide clear instructions so everyone knows where to go and when.

 

Do you charge any fees?
No, I do not charge additional service fees. A $500 planning deposit is required to create personalized resort recommendations and is applied to the couple’s room at final payment.
